Pixlr Tutorial
So I realised ages ago that you can cartoonise people on Pixlr. Here is my step by step guide :p
Step 1) Get an old crap picture of yourself, or a friend. use that ink droppy thing and click on a patch of your skin (The red circle in this picture) the colour will come up at the bottom left hand corner, in the other red circle.
Step 2) Click on the fill bucket thing, then click on the same bot of your face. It should cover most of your face, like the picture opposite.
Step 3) Repeat steps 1 & 2 but with your hair and again and again untilyou get the right effect, like that, kinda. Save it and voila you're finished.

Apart from, have a look at one of my friends which worked out well:
